Here’s to the start of another section of my blog, The Foodie. As a student at an HBCU, I love brunching! I’ve recently visited Creme Restaurant & Bar in Columbia Heights, a neighborhood in DC. It was my first time there and I had the Chicken and Waffle. It is by far the best chicken and waffle I’ve had. The chicken was huge and fried to perfection and the waffle was delicious. They had other things on their brunch menu that I am sure is also really good! If ever in the area definitely stop by Creme Restaurant and Bar. Not to mention they are black owned!
